And betting the farm that Prop 205 will pass this November, AZCentral is reporting The Harvest Of Scottsdale plans on opening a 6800-ft.² dispensary. Anticipated to cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $1 million, Scottsdale’s plushest new dispensary is scheduled to open just weeks before Proposition 205 is put before the voters in the Grand Canyon State.

Perfectly timed to tap into the chaos of this election cycle, Prop 205 queries Arizona’s constituents on the heady topic of legalizing pot. Potentially crushing one of the cartels largest revenue sources along the Mexican border, the passage of Proposition 205 would establish licensed recreational dispensaries for the sale of state-sanctioned marijuana, to adults over the age of 21.

Generating tax revenue rather than misery, blood, and violence, the passage of Prop 205 would allow the state to enact a 15% excise tax on all recreational sales, which is currently earmarked for the implementation and enforcement of all mandated regulations.
